What works - The location is good.. in the main comercial area of the city.. the staff is helpful and nice.. the rooms are big and functional... all for a reasonable price What does not work - the hotel is actually a bunglow converted into a hotel and feels more like a guest house rather than a hotel.. the rooms and the toliets ans the linen could be more cleaner and well maintained... there is harly any parking place,, reaching the hotel is a challange as there is heavy traffic in the peak time... Good for business people looking for a budget stay

It is an average property. Comfortable stay with adequate facilities. The Hotel does not have any Sign board announcing name. It takes a while in locating particularly in the morning hours. A major improvement required is to provide drinking water in room. When we looked for water for taking medicine there was none. On enquiry, the reply it is not complementary. Please add the cost in your room rent but provide drinking water. I have never seen any hotel room without drinking water and I had traveled a lot in and outside the country.

Everything was nice especially the service. However, the Internet connectivity was very slow and was not continous. Another suggestion is A try to include the south Indian dishes in the food menu as could see no breakfast even for th south Indians. But next time when I visit patna I will stay in this hotel.

Hotel is ok. Food is gud and homely. Hotel is lacking in cleanliness. When a double bed-room is booked, complimentary breakfast is served only for one. This is ridiculous. Management should provide breakfast for two.Being in Centre of the City, one can stay for a short trip. Lots of improvements can be made with a little effort.

Отель Park Plaza находится в районе Kidwaipuri в пешеходной доступности (15-20 мин.) от центра Патны. Отель достаточно непросто обнаружить среди хаотической городской застройки. Он имеет "вход со двора". Предназначен для "бюджетных" гостей и имеет очень скромную и функциональную планировку. Тем не менее, отель чистый и достаточно удобный по индийским меркам. Основной критерий - "цена-качество" - соблюден. Да и близость к основным достопримечательностям компенсирует недостаток комфорта.
