Quaint hotel just opposite the ST Bus Stand. Spacious rooms and bathroom. WiFi is weak. The place is good to unwind. The restaurant was only partially functional as it is off season but innumerable options just outside. The central location is a great plus point as it is very easy to find.

Big disappointment for the amount charged. Rooms are not ventilated. Parking is limited and barely four cars fit in the narrow lane alongside the hotel rooms. We booked a room with breakfast but were told that the amount does not include breakfast. When we get back from Mapro Farms at 7 pm there is no hot water provided for bath. Water only at 7a.m. Big shame. Avoid Pan Hill and find a better place for much less with better facilities.

We had driven down from Karwar to Panchgani & were exhausted by the time we reached. But the hotel staff didn't care. They nagged us to park our car in a different way without giving us a breather. The rooms were basic and dimly lit. The location is quite central. The bathroom fittings were almost falling apart. Thank goodness we had to stay only one night!

Its a budget hotel which is centrally located. Right opposite panchgani's bus stand from where you can also hire cheap taxis to show you around Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.Staff is accomodating and ready to help you. I checked in early and they got my room ready by 10:30 a.m Also at the time of our check out our driver lect the car keys inside the car and the car got locked. All the hotel guys helped us to open the car. A big thanks to them and their hospitality. Didnt try their food. Rooms are neat and they turn on hot water once you ask them to.

Stayed in Pan Hill Hotel in July 2017 with family. Found the hotel to be very centrally located. The property hasn't got any view but is close to all the scenic points being in the radius of. 2-3 kms. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. The staff was helpful. Will recommend to others.
