Good hotel at budget rate. Very peaceful environment. Best amenities like AC, TV, geyser, toiletries etc were available. The room gives us a homely feeling. Room was average in size but comfortable too. Service is worth.

Cons : - Hotel Room was too small and dirty, with very low lights giving very unpleasant experience. - Geyser was huge by the looks but did not supply adequate hot water where temperature in Agra was quite low. - Location was in Industrial Area where difficult to find any food / restaurants - Toilets were not clean. - Bathroom was also not that good, buckets provided were not washed for months. - Do not have step free access so difficult for aged persons to climb the stairs. - Floor was quite cold and did not have any carpet or floor mattress. - Only three options available for Breakfast i.e. Stuffed Paratha, Puri Bhaji and Omlette with Toast. Pro : - Staff was quite co-operative (Could be the reason that they know their weak points) - Food was nice including breakfast and dinner

When your train get late by almost 3 hours ;you have hardly one hour left for scheduled meeting & when you reach to your pre booked hotels to find that room offered to you is not like what shown/promised to you .., WHAT YOU WILL DO ? Nothing ...I hope will be the answered from most of you .. Exactly the same with me happened at Orbit inn . I just regulated my temper & started getting ready for my meeting. Tea ordered was served fast but what was it ??? Never had such sour & bitter tea.no breakfast at 11am sir was the answer on demanding breakfast . Rooms allocated was average, smelly & suffocating . Next day morning they agreed to serve only I pc of aloo parantha with tea of coffee in COMPLEMENTARY breakfast which crossed height of my tolerance & I called & complained to help desk of service provider ( O.O) .than I again called hotel staff . Finally I was served . I check out & left luggage at hotel collect in evening .to my utter surprise I was served tea ( complementary ) & asked for soup etc by person in front desk . The secret of this unlocked when he lastly asked me " sir .. Have you given any feedback about us to .... ?

We (family) booked it thru OYO and stayed on 6th Nov for 1 night ... - Room - It was deluxe room. - Slightly small but ok for 1 night stay. - Had TV, AC and comfortable bed. - Washrooms were clean - it was really good and sufficient to fill 2.5 ppl. - Location - Bang on NH2, has open parking. - Service - Manager and receptionist not good and not have details of booking . and not worth rs 1750/-

We (family) booked it thru OYO and stayed on 14th Nov for 1 night ... - Room - It was deluxe room. - Slightly small but ok for 1 night stay. - Had TV, AC and comfortable bed. - Washrooms were clean - Food - We had complimentary breakfast; it was really good and sufficient to fill 2.5 ppl. - Location - Bang on NH2, has open parking. - Service - It was quick and staff was helpful. Manager might appear little rude but he is not. - It has free Wifi, newspapers. In nut shell, it is a decent budget hotel good for 1 night stay. (I couldn't have got better deal in Rs. 1169/-)
