hotel staff behavior very bed. hotel not provide even toilet water. i am purchase 10 liter water for use of toliet I in wash room not proper lighting. sparking bathroom switch. my alloted room number 104. I request to clear trip please fire hotel omaga in your list

Never ever you go to this place.. total crap, they try to loot money in everything. Their rooms were like garbage dumpyard. Toilets oh my god the most dirtiest one u will ever see... they charged me 400rs + tax(creepy word to get more money) I refused to pay more than 400 and left... barbarians ....

To all guest Please don't stay at the hotel. The room is smelly and dirty. The staff is un helpfull They tried to cheating to us. They did anything to take extra money from us. Very bad. No plus points. Find the other hotel.

We arrived in this hotel around 11 PM! Actually we have list of hotel in Agra but, we picked this hotel with good expectation. There isn't special for the room. Especially, quality of water in this hotel is very bad. But, the most worst in this hotel is the staff. The cheated us! we pay 550 rupee for one night, but when we have a deal, the asking us to pay 50 rupee each (I came with 2 friends here) so we must pay more 150 rupee. we arguee about that! in the beginning we can not accepted it! but they say, every hotel in Agra has same rules! 50 rupee is for goverment report! we already tired at the time and we pay it! The problem is not finished at all! In the morning, we buy chai (Indian tea) and the price is 40 rupee. But, when we pay, the staff asking us to pay 100 rupee! insane! mad! bloody moron! they said is for tax charge. "How much for the tax?" I asked. "10%" "Oh god, if the tax 10%, we must pay 44 rupee!" Finally, when I getting upset, the staff only asking for 40 rupee. Finish? not yet!!! We have plan to Taj Mahal in the morning. So we checked out early and board out our luggage in the front office. They use markers and wrote in our backpack!!!! arrrgghhhhhh!!!! crazy! Please don't stay in this hotel! bad bad bad VERY BAD!

If you really wanna save money stay here . The room rent is 400 per day not worth a single rupee , unclean bath rooms . No water in the bath room . Unfriendly staff . I would love to say these north indian buggers are mfs, who just loot people . Even the local auto and the bus as well . This hotel is only worth for 100 rs a day . And the hotel is besides a slum.
