Not recommended for family persons. My experience was horrible and pathetic. There were no towels and soaps in the room. So my wife called up room service and that waiter said Bakwaas mat karo. And when I confronted that waiter, he came forward to hit me. How can a room service guy say Bakwaas mat Karo to Lady. It is horrible, simply not accepted. How does feel if a third person says Bakwaas mat Karo to any one wife. Also The reception guy was so arrogant that he don't even know how to talk to a customer. so I will suggest all family persons to refrain going to this hotel if you are going with ladies and kids especially. Horrible experience. nNot recommended👎🏼

Nice Hotel. Hotel is very near from Mall Road. Hotel staff is cordial Breakfast of the Hotel is very good. Dinner is on little bit low side but overall is good. You will enjoy this hotel. Main quality is that it is near to mall road.

Hotel is near Mall road, opposite VanVihar. You need to walk around 50 mt inside from main road to reach there. Rooms are Nice and have a good view of mountain. Food Quality is average and overpriced. Room rent is reasonable. we booked 3 Rooms (2 Suit - 3 Bed & 1 Double Bed) at 4500

Rooms are very good. Staff is also nice. But Hotel cannot be easily found able as it is in a narrow street where person don't go easily. Please put the Hoardings or Boards of directions on the way so that people can easily found it.

I visited manali in October 2017. My stay was for 3 days 4 nights. I stayed in hotel paramount . And trust me this hotel was home away from home. Mr .Dharam Singh is the manager of the hotel. He was so warm and welcoming. The rooms were extremely tidy. This was the best stay for us till date. Loved everything about this place. If ever I visit Manali in future I'm sure I'll stay at this place. I completely recommend this hotel as it fulfills all needs a tourist looks for while searching for a hotel . Whether you're looking for a hotel on mall road or you want a clean tidy and safe place to stay in , this place has everything for you.
