Love the service. All staff take our request with great concern ang hospitality. The room might not be excellent in certain aspects. But their kindness surely compensate all. If you spot anything to improve or need anything extra they will willing to fulfill your need.

I visited hotel nalanda ladakh in May 1st week the service was outstanding especially the owner Mr tashi and stanzin . I was there for 3 days. Their food is delicious . They also provide taxi service . I had arranged a tour from them . The driver was also good overall had a great experience.i will recomend it to everyone.

I along with my family had the pleasure of visiting Ladakh a truly wonderful and breathtaking land. During our stay we chose to stay at Hotel Nalanda Ladakh and it turned out to be an exceptional experience. The hotel truly lives up to its 3 star rating. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and offered a high level of comfort with specious balconies balconies. The hospitality extended by the staff was warm and professional making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Further the food served at the hotel was absolutely delightful adding to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Nalanda Ladakh and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the region.

The heaters are exceptional it is very optimal for the weather for first time tourists. It makes the whole stay comfortable for the guests. The bathrooms are definitely on the higher end. The staff also were very welcoming and made it comfortable for everyone.
