During my recent stay at S N International Hotel in Kolkata, I encountered a slew of disappointments that marred the entire experience. Despite shelling out a hefty Rs. 2200, the hotel failed to provide even the basic courtesy of breakfast. The service was abysmal, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. To add insult to injury, their taxi service proved to be nothing short of a scam. I was charged a staggering Rs. 6000 for a ride, only to discover that a mere Rs. 3000 was paid to the driver. The blatant dishonesty in their dealings left me questioning the integrity of this establishment. In every interaction, the staff seemed more inclined towards deceit than hospitality. This hotel's lack of transparency, coupled with subpar service, made my stay an unforgettable lesson in how a supposedly reputable establishment can turn into a regrettable choice. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options when in Kolkata.

Hotel was good.Food providing mughlai taste with a great authenticity..Suggest to visit the place to experience a good family trip.Hotel is situated within the market place providing great opportunities for shopping and hangouts at any restaurant,malls and food joints.

First of all washroom wasn't good enough. Hotel fare was too high according to hotel standard. They provide breakfast which isn't enough only 2 main dishes and 3-5 side dishes are available in the included breakfast.
