Hotel washroom was not clean ..very old property poor maintenance..food was not that good ..location is fine ..no baby food available there..staff are good but they should improve according go their tariffs

Firstly, for the price this is fine. However it is not somewhere I would stay again. the bedrooms were dusty and there were cobwebs in many places. Bedding was not changed properly when requested - a lot of the linens were stained and generally of poor quality. The beds were very comfortable. During my stay I used the ironing services as the iron and ironing board were both extremely poor quality, iron had loose wires and the ironing board was dirty and burned in places even when we requested a replacement. I will say the staff were generally helpful albeit a little aloof. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and polite. The food was very good, the quality of meat was good, portion sizes were perfect as well as the flavour and cooking standards across all the meals we enjoyed. The drinks menu needs updating and cocktails we ordered were not as expected (maybe they need more training in this area) unfortunately the wine we wanted to drink was not in stock on a number of nights which was disappointing. The spa was out of service for my whole stay there which again was disappointing as I would have booked a treatment.

Third class facilities , no customer services. ACS not working . Always construction and lots of disturbances. Wastage of Money, more Better opportunities in this price. And Goibibo is also cheating to customers. Complained to them but no results.

A heirloom architectural of the Government run hotel, specious and erroneously. Food authentic and testy, nevertheless, limited offered menu. Yet required maintenance work is in slog, most important is upkeep ment. Best wishes for the team🤞

I went to this hotel with my family on April 16, 2024. Not only were the hallways stinking, the staff were completely oblivious to this fact (or were pretending to be). We booked 2 rooms for 4 of us, and they were smelling of mold and fungus. The hotel staff changed our rooms but still one of the rooms had the terrible old smell and we could feel ourselves getting sick. We got tired after seeing 3-4 more rooms and all 4 of us decided to sleep in 1 bedroom. Me and my brother had to sleep on mattresses on the FLOOR and this hotel didn't care for anything. We complained to our travel agency and they had the audacity to say that it was my family who "kept on cancelling the new rooms they're giving out". Total blasphemy. Right after we left the next day, we all ended up getting cough and a throat infection which hasn't healed till now (a week later). You can see insects, termites, furniture which is so old that calling it vintage is a shame on that style, poor maintenance, liars and ignorants for staff. I would like to thank this hotel for providing absolutely nothing.
