Worst stay, useless rooms, dirty and broken washrooms. If anyone get free stay never go there. Very very bad experience. They offer you hot water in bucket. Sheeeeeeeeeeeee........ I never seen such a pathetic hotel. I advice all booking websites to remove this hotel from list this will hamper your credibility. -10/10 marks Rating - 5.

Disastrous Experience .. Don’t Trust on the photos .. 1. I booked deluxe room , and in the room AC not functioning , tv not functioning , lights wiring loosened and visible everywhere (even one led bulb was damaged with visible circuit which my child almost touched) 2. Bathroom - Not Cleaned , flush and toilet jet not working , also shower not working . 3. Toiletries- You have to ask for , I got shampoo,soap, bathroom slippers when forced them. No Body lotion provided . 4. Room was smelly , Minibar Fridge was smelly with nothing inside. 5. Don’t expect parking , you have to park on the Road . 6. Food Costly , but ok . 7. In the complimentary breakfast they give you only paranthas, pakodas, Omlette, Tea and Coffee . 8. Lastly the staff at the receiption, not at all Courteous.

I was surprised but happy there was a x-ray machine before you go in? Nice hotel, friendly service. The room was nice and comfortable. Facilities were very well maintained. The hot buffet breakfast was really good including the dosas.

I will rate staff polite and professional.It was a fabulous stay there with my friend I have stay there for one day only though it was perfect stay.I would rate really high for the staff , from receptions to restaurants everyone is always ready to help and greet well

Awesome property with excellent staff and services. Would highly recommend as its centrally located and really suits anyone travelling from the Airport/Rlwy Station. The rooms are really nice and can't forget to mention the most warm & welcoming staff I ever came across in a budget hotel.
