Perfect hotel in Milan

Located in a busy tourist section of the city, but on a quiet side street, a huge park is a 5 minute walk away. Tons of restaurants and shops are nearby. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing and we got one free drink at the bar every night. I can't recommend Hotel Milano Castello high enough.

Excellent hotel experience. Homey Italian hospitality delivered by super friendly staff. We had a room for three persons and it was great for our family. Big and spotlessly clean. It is nice that everyone has a good bed to sleep in after discovering the city all day. Central location on a quiet side street, convinient to reach by metro from Linate. In the summer nice garden to enjoy. Absolutely recommended, loved this hotel!

Perfect hotel in a great location - 1 minute from the Main Street. Really nice rooms with good amenities in bathroom and free bottled water, yummy breakfast. Only downside was it was quite hot in the room and we couldn’t work out how to cool it down and beds were not the comfiest but still great

Ideal location for La Scala, museums, restaurants and shops. New and elegant. Open courtyard in the lobby and lots of marble throughout the rooms. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Furnishings in the room were very comfortable. Very good value

I came here for a solo trip and stayed for 1 Night in a Single room! To get to the hotel, I took a train from the airport! It was really cheap, easy to get to and easy to find. The staff on arrival were really welcoming, helpful and took me directly to my room. The room was smaller than I thought it was going to be however perfect for a Solo Traveller! Not too small and not too big! The room had a fridge which I loved and it also absolutely spotless and smelt lovely. The first thing I noticed was that the bed was larger than I had anticipated and extremely comfortable. The bed was definitely larger than a typical single bed. I would say the size was a single and a half. After walking around Milan all day it was so nice to come back to a comfortable bed! The main thing when staying in a hotel is that you have a good nights sleep and I woke up feeling really refreshed, well rested and ready to take on the day! The bathroom was lovely, marbleised and modern! The lighting in the bathroom was also really good for makeup and the shower was also powerful which is always a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options! If you wanted cereal, pastries, a fry up, or some cold cuts, it was available. I tried a little bit of everything and it was all cooked well and tasted delicious. The hotel is just off of a popular road so it wasn’t loud at night and it didn’t feel like I was walking for too long in any side streets which can feel a bit nerve racking as a female, travelling solo. It was probably about 1minute in a side street, if that! I honestly feel like this hotels location is perfect. Just off a popular road so its not loud but also so close to what you need! It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the duomo too!! You are right in the centre of Milan. Everything you need is there, you have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby along with easy access for public transportation in order to get around Milan. Just a side note: As a female travelling alone, I felt safe staying here including getting to and from the hotel. Overall The Hotel is really pretty, Modern, in a great location and the staff were lovely. If you are coming to Milan especially to sightsee I’d absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Milano Castello!
