MakeMyTrip booked this hotel for me. Which was atrocious. Dirty pillow covers, towels. Crampy room with no ventilation for the bathroom, so the smell remained in the room when we entered. The breakfast was another obnoxious experience , very disorganised and dirty cutlery. Total disappointment!

Comparatively good breakfast. Pretty decent availability of hot water for shower, because that’s what really matters if you’re visiting Srinagar in chilly weather. Room’s a bit small, but good enough.

The hotel review mentioned in google is not correct. The hotel room is extremely small and does not have enough space move around it. The charges are around 4700 with breakfast but not worth. However, the staff were courteous. Since the room is small, it does not need heater. The temperature was around 17 degree Celcius but the room was cozy. All the rooms of similar without having any space to move around. The 3 star rating given to this hotel is too much. It might be 1 or 2 star. The food was so so. We stayed one night and so it was somehow tolerable.

Be careful guys. This hotel has no heating solution. Power gone whole night and I had to suffer with my kid. Temperature outside was sub zero and room do not had alternative heating solution. On top of that they have showcase geysers which won't give hot water. If you call reception either they will not lift call or will say they will get this fixed in morning. Extremely pathetic experience. Worst part is my booking was with make my trip and their tour managers were also useless.

Not Recommended To Stay In Hotel Milad. Pathetic Service & Horrible Rooms. It Was Promised The Room Booked Is "Delux Room" But On Contrary Hotel Milad Gave Me Roof Top Penthouse Room, Where My Head Was Touching The Roof. Rooms Are Too Small And Untidy.
