The room was very very dirty, it had cigarette buts everywhere even in the bathroom. The bathroom was too dirty, there was no hot water also. They really need to improve in their cleanliness. The manager also walked in with shoes in the bathroom to check the hot water supply making it even more dirty.

The person at check in counter was too naive and had no idea how to handle international guests. He repeatedly asked unnecessary questions and after a long travel I felt so annoyed. The only thing I loved when I left the hotel. It was never ever satisfactory even if it is a budget hotel.

We were absolutely happy to stay at this hotel. Clean hotel with well behaved staffs. Location was average. Room was well equipped with all the required things like AC, fan, towel, dust bin, toileteries, mirror, cupboard etc. Few Bathroom fittings were broken.

The rooms are not very comfortable but considering the rates seem ok. The staff was very cooperative and the food was delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which is an advantage. Overall a good budget hotel for short stay.
