Untrained staff at liquor shop

I came from Delhi to visit Gujarat, I have called hotel to connect me to the liquor shop, however wrong information passed by the hotel staff hence I have visited to the liquor shop they are making excuses on my e liquor permit that this is not valid, when I asked them to help me with some other alternative option they were very rude and it’s look like they are not interested to deal with me.I would request to all other upcoming visitors do not come to this hotel, hotel staff are untrained and rude.

It was pleasant stay for me. Service from staff was really amazing. Location was in centre of the city area. Good place for business. There was tasty food available at reasonable rate. Room was with all basic facilities.

Stayed for 3 nights on business trip. Good option in Ahmedabad, great location (at RTO circle) which is well known and cabs are easily available to & fro. Breakfast spread is good, both portions and taste are satisfactory. Lunch and Dinner are good too. 2-3 multicuisine restaurants are available just next door if the need arises. Rooms are sufficient and comfortable for business stay, but lighting could be surely better. Cleanliness and room service are good enough.

Hotel Metropole is a business hotel situated at RTO circle in Ahemedabad apprx 20 mins travel from Ahmedabad railway station. The hotel is at a good location facing the main road, and from the near by junction, you can get Cabs or Autos for your travels easily. The lobby is spacious and the hotel in whole is decently maintained. The room which I stayed was a superior room which was spacious and housed a twin bed, table & chair, a Teapoy and a single sofa chair, and a mini bar. The room and bath room was adequately clean, though toiletries could have been of better quality. AC was working fine without any complaints and room service was also prompt. The restaurant is good, serves both veg & non veg food of choice and is operating 24 hrs which is a boon to late comers. Tariff was a little lower than Rs 4000 with tax, included wifi and complementary breakfast. Check out was 12.00 Noon and they allowed me late check out as per request at no extra cost. Breakfast spread was not bad, Idli, upma, samabar etc didnt taste that good. The overall food quality and taste of dishes was good though not outstanding. The hotel is appx 10 years old but maintained well, but on keen observation, you can see the wall panels & veneers at some places reveal the age of this hotel. It is high time that the carpets are replaced as it look dull and faded adding another extra 5 years to the age of this hotel. The service of this hotel was complaint free. The good things about this hotel is its location, 24 hrs veg & non veg restaurant, adequately clean and maintained rooms and complaint free service, which makes this hotel worth considering your stay at Ahemedabad.

Overall stay was good. Hotel room and restaurant is good. Service at restaurant is also good but they need improve room service very seriously. I had ordered tawa roti, the server brought tandoori roti. Clearance from room was also not done on time. We ordered coffee which came in small cups...cappuccino " very light, seriously".I would suggest you to take care such points otherwise hotel is excellent.
