Staying in this hotel has been the worst experience. Unprofessional Staff/manager Rude behaviour, They dont provide basic things like soap, dental kit, and shampoo, the towels were very dirty, we got them changed thrice but all were equally dirty They charged 89 ruppes for Bisleri wayer bottle which by Govt law a hotel can not charge more than the MRP At the reception they dont pick up the calls, everywhere staff smokes cigrettes Air conditioner doesnt work, got the room changes 4 times but in all 4 rooms the AC didn't work, I would suggest NOT TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AT ALL.

Was looking for hotels & booked on 17th August by mistake through MMT, informed the reception that money has been deducted by mistake & would like to cancel, but they advised to call up MMT. despite following up with reservation head Mr Sunny & hotel reception & MMT no response. The hotel had agreed to look into it & refund after talking to MMT. Book at ur risk because the hotel is totally unhelpful and will never return calls. The Management needs to ask Sunny & The Reception for details. being a HOTEL INDUSTRY couldnt understand this unprofessional behaviour that even after a month am still waiting for answers. Bad experience. Air conditioner (Centrally) not serviced & in 45+ can’t manage. It took 3 hours to get the son (Siddharth) of the owner to appreciate the concern & then got a room MUCH SMALLER WITH NO LAKE VIEW THAN BOOKED WITH SHAKING BED but managed to kill the night. Basically it seems that now of late, they are only keen in package deal for weddings with no one cribbing for quality or services. A great property, can be a landmark if managed professionally but alas, easy money make everyone succumb. A totally no no, if you want to use as hotel. Breakfast is atrocious. No comments for services except Siddharth (management) & Vimal.

It's a nice property, lake view rooms, little old property but well maintained. Housekeeping staff very good. Food is tasty. But prices little higher side. The landscaping and waterfall is good. Mostly busy with marriage functions and parties.
