Lovely experience Jess was so welcoming when we arrived . Lovely service and lovely food . Kyle served our carvery and dessert was so friendly . Will be returning for sure Food was 5 star and can’t fault the service. Highly recommended bear carvery around

As expected very friendly and comfortable neat and clean. Staff received me like a family member and i decided to stay a month from 17 Jan to 14 Feb. I strongly recommend it for excellent stay near AMU and city centre.

We stayed in HOTEL MELROSE INN on on 8tn &9th December,to attend family function.Stay was comfortable. Reception ,welcome,hospitality,services,restaurant/food were Nice. Room was cozyand comfortable. Poor illumination in the room,lobby and stair case was the only negative.

My family stayed at HOTEL MELROSE on 8th Dec.to 9th Dec. for family function . Our stay was good. Outer view and reception are charming. Room was nice except poor lighting.No drinking water in the room. Overall interior,decor,room services are better. Poor lighting in some areas of corridors and staircase needs to be improved.

Rooms are very good, centrally located hotel, markets and university campus are nearby, whenever I visit Aligarh I stay In this hotel. Room service is quite good, Food from the restaurent is also very nice.
