I humbly request you all do not vist this hotel at all thay don't have even room spray ,and not at all family friendly ,rest rooms are not at all cleand thy chargeds us 2000 rps for 4 hrs and they provide lifeboy sope and 1 clinic plues shampoo shashide and breakfast is too worest

We stayed in Hotel Mars Pammal Main Road, last week the rooms are better to stay and it is very safe to have a family stay. They are doing a great pick up from Airport within 10 minutes. Very clean and neat hotel.

For the money, you can find better accommodations in the same area near the airport. The pricing you'll find online is always "sold out." The service is terrible and staff just looks at you with no reaponse. Getting room service is an aggravating chore that never ends. You'll have to ask at least 3 or 4 times before they'll bring you any towels. The bathrooms are dirty and aged. The fixtures are rusty and the water smells. The toilet leaks. Sheets are dirty. Did spot a few roaches and a ratatouille across the restaurant. There is only one available power outlet in the whole room. Also there is no wifi in the bedrooms. Wifi is only in the lobby and restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel 12 years back...It was good then and the management was professional...Very disappointed during the stay this time...The check-in staff was very cold in the behaviour...The rooms were dirty...There was dust everywhere...And there was no amenities....Since it was for one night stay we decided to manage...The complimentary breakfast was alright...Few items of South Indian cuisine..The waiting staff was extremely rude...He was trying to hide some items from the breakfast menu...Which when some other guest discovered he provided it...Wonder what was he going to do by hiding the food...When we asked for tea, the waiting staff told us to pay extra INR 40 incase you want tea without sugar, otherwise you can drink the tea with sugar for free...Such unprofessional behaviour...Then when we reported to the manager, we were provided the tea immediately...so looks like the waiting staff is not honest...The restaurant is totally run down...The management has not maintained the property...When we were checking out, the front office staff told us they are providing us a complimentary drop to the airport...We waited for 20mins, finally the cab came which was suppose to drop us to the airport...Then again we were made to wait...The staffs tell us that they are waiting for some guests so the cab can be filled and then it can proceed to the airport...we had to argue stating in that case we will miss the flight...so then they decided to drop us...After reaching the airport, the driver started demanding money...when we told him it is complimentary as stated by the hotel...then the driver tells us he is demanding money for his personal expenses to buy tea....we refused to give him...then he left...It was a nightmare experience stating at this hotel...

near to airport,money is worth,good room & good staffs Airport Pick Up & Drop......Free Morning Break Fast also.....Free Room Service Also 24 Hrs. Very Comfortable For Stay. Reception People for Good.
