Zero customer service. Illiterate counter staff and manager. Rooms are never cleaned. They don't provide you with a bill on check out. Rooms are like capsules. It is called Deluxe. Never ever venture to this place.

Worst experience .. its like a lodge .. very rude attitude of the front office staff.. for simple water bottle also they need immediate cash and cant add to bill .. no room service no food .. filthy bathrooms.. all seems ok if atleast staff is sensible and educated .. all seem arrogant and dont know how to deal with customers

Wonderful place .... front office staffs . Howshalya and Venkatesh were very helpful for booking our cab for transport to temple... they guys are really amazing... great service .... tasty breakfast... will visit again
