Good location. Good atmosphere Washroom in the room number 318 where we stayed was full of cockroach and spiders. TV was not functioning even after the attempts made by the technician. Canteen: in the hot milk flask, three dead cockroaches were there with the milk on 2nd October during breakfast time. Reception staffs are great.

It is located at the heart of the city. You may get a delayed service which may be due to shortage of staff. The front line staff are polite. Rooms are spacious but needs little extra maintenance. Amenities provided were good. Food was good but refilling took time during the breakfast buffet.
