Well the name states Hotel Laxman Resort but one correction the owner must be doing is they should remove the word resort from the end. About the property it's located within 5kms to both Red Fort and Taj Mahal.Hotel Laxman Resort got couple of good restaurants within it's vicinity. Now coming to the main thing The Hotel. Well this was my second stint in this hotel in the last one year initially when I had come here the service was kinda good. But this time both the service and room quality has gone down the drain which I think they don't really care till the time they are getting customers and their money. Service side is too lethargic in delivering things to the customer. A simple phone call is not enough to order things they would make sure that the customer comes down till the reception atleast 2-3 times literally begging for the services. About the rooms pathetic state of condition. Soiled walls, tobacco stains on walls, dirty dustbins, bad linen, air conditioner and fans are dirty as hell, washrooms are worst paint tearing of the ceiling, broken/non functional faucets. Fail to understand how still this place has high ratings in literally all the booking places something really fishy. My verdict for this place not worth spending your money.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from main attractions. Unfortunately our room was without water, even toilet flush didn't work (it was full of s..t* after previous guest), cold and bed sheet were full of damp. When we asked Cleaning person for help he told us to stay in the room and use toilet in another room. Clearly we didn't agree to use one room for sleep and another one for the toilet. After unpleasant conversation he gives us another room.. and guess what? NOT HOT WATER again, dirty bedsheet etc. All night was so noisy so we couldn't sleep and exactly at 10am he used buzzer to inform us that this is the checkout time and we have to go. The best part is that he asked for tips. Not recommended

Hotallaxman resort staff is very nice .service is excellentand room is nice taj mahal way 1.5 km of hotal location is nice Enjoy stay hotel Laxmanresort frinds family and copalis comfortably stay and safe

The hotel is on the good location. but the staff is very rude they don't know how to talk with a guest especially receptionist... No visitor is allowed in the room. Room was smelling badly. Washroom was not clean. A doormat is kept in cupboard of Room was smelling badly. Bath towel provided by hotel side was dirty..

Booked this through OYO.. my worst stay in Agra so far. Rooms are very very small.. Washrooms leak, Lights do not work. When fought with the front office, was allocated a slightly bigger room saying that it is the best room available. Linens stink to the core. Washrooms have extremely salty water making it impossible to brush teeth or even to bath. Water supply stopped in the middle of night..when told, they switched on the motor and it took cool 3 hours for the water supply in washroom to restore. Breakfast.. the lesser said the better. Only 3 options.. Stale parathas, raw omlette and bread with a cup of tea or coffee. I would let the pics do the talking..
