It was very comfortable to stay at ladakh residency. The staff is very prompt in serving you. The food served is also good. There is very good view of ice caps from the balcony.Also the rooms are very near and clean. The hotel also provides a heater if asked. Overall for the price it is a good hotel.

The Hotel was superb and Welcome was even better. From Reception to leaving I cannot fault. All personnel were great, cannot fault anyone for their services. Special mention to Sonu and team for their services in the kitchen to baggage and rooms. Food was superb. Great place to stay in Leh and location is great as well. Sonu’s team are Mahinder the chef, Ranjit and Ramesh, all were great. We enjoyed very much there. Thank you all, will definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to flight-trouble we had a short stay in Leh this time but Vanish (pronounced Waench or something 🤣) and the rest of the superfriendly staff made our stay unforgettable. The food was superdelicious and they were all helpful and smiling. The rooms are clean and spacious - and the location is great too. When our flight was cancelled and we came one day too late, they refunded the first night as we had prepaid our booking. This was more than we expected. Thank you so much - Julley! 🙏

Horrible check in experience - didn’t inform of breakfast / dinner timings etc Door knob was broken since check in Water all over the bathroom within minutes, and for hours Kitchen staff was rude, even when we we’re willing to pay for the food. The service staff was fine though.
