This is not a hotel. This is a house that too in a very isolated area. It is located in a newly developed residential area with bad roads. No staff in hotel. Just 1 caretaker that too does not know anything. We booked 3 rooms, and ultimately slept in 1 room all together because the house is very scary. We stayed for 1 night only while we have booked the same for 3 nights. Money for other 2 nights was a waste. Families and Couples please stay away from this place.

it was not worth all , room was spacious , no water in the room before check in no towels , no bathroom amenities bathroom was dirty and we ask for food then chef was not available at of the moment , not recommended for family , at the time of check in no body ask for water or any welcome drink i will not recommended to any one for stay ay kinza udaipur !!!!

it was not worth at all.... location is too far and in a lonely place... not recommended for family even food was not good.... totally unhygienic place.. bathrooms and rooms were stinking.... we never suggest to book this hotel...Service was not satisfactory.......... really regret to book this hotel

The hotel is far then showed on google maps. Road to this hotel is very bad and inside from some slum area. You find rates cheap but please don't book it. We tried with local auto driver but even he failed to find the property mentioned.

Very Spacious room with good large balcony...open terrace Restaurant. good spacious Bathrooms and all this in very less budget. Only thing which i felt quite humilating is the path and location of the hotel. But hotel itself is quite Good. I travelled in August 2014 but reviw dates are of 2015
