We found bedbugs in our room, and the staff did not care to do anything about it. The floors were also super dirty with a lot of dirt, old cigarettes, candy paper etc. We did not get any refund. This affected the whole trip negatively, and I would not recommend this hotel!

The most disgusting hotel I have ever visited. Terrible washed, used sigarettes and a lot of dirt in the room. Also there was a lot og bedbugs in the hotel, and the hotel was not very helpfull when this was descovered. We were a group of 20 people staying here and everyone saw bedbugs. They were both in the stairs and in the room. Will absolutely not recommend staying here.

The hotel looked really nice when we first walked in, but when we got into our rooms, it was just straight disgusting. The bedding and towels had nasty questionable stains , and on top of that some of my friends found bedbugs in their rooms, and the only solution they came up with was to switch rooms which was fair but later on we saw that they had rented out the same room with bedbugs to some new guest, instead of actually deep cleaning the room and get rid of the problem. And even if we only were in the hotel to chill and sleep, it was very uncomfortable just the thought of the level of cleanliness it was in the hotel

The hotel is close to market place and metro but nestled in a much quiet place where you don't constantly hear honking and noise. The hotel managers namely Messrs Uttam, Raman, Mukesh, Sourav were attentive to our requests and Julie and other housekeeping staff were a great assistance. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel provided us a Delhi tour with a very nice driver Chandradeo who showed us the maximum of Delhi in one day. The hotel cleanliness is okay for a short stay. Thank you. Varsha
