Great place to stay, close to the gandola. Very courteous staff and helpful. Food was excellent. Good spread for both breakfast and dinner. Special mention to shahid mohsin and nissar mushtaq for going out of the way to make guests comfortable

Nice Hotel. Good Food. Nice Location. One can Walk from hotel to the market and have Great View. Hotel is having SOS medicines and provided us with ORS. Reception People are nice. Bit of problems in Gulmarg otherwise as they don't allow the taxi you hired to go to various spots

An excellent small hotel. It is very well placed a short walk to the Gondola. Ambience: all wooden clad halls and rooms. Cosy and well serviced. The staff are polite and responsive. There are complimentary snacks and toiletries in the rooms. Rooms: the first room we saw had an open balcony facing the trees behind the hotel. Not very appealing and the room was cold and lacked natural light being on the dark side of the hotel. Rooms: We moved to a fantastic room which faced the gondola and ski slope. It had windows on two sides and AC/heater was blasting hot air keeping us comfortable. The room had a small seating area adjoining. The beds have electric warming blankets.
