Wi-Fi only works in the corridor, food is overpriced (₹35 for one plain roti), and we were 3 guests given ONE wet towel. The “shortcut door” they promised was locked after payment (no key, of course). Water jar looked months old, yet staff swore it was “fresh.” If this is hospitality, I’d rather sleep at the bus stand.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kapil! The Super Deluxe room offered an amazing view, making our stay truly memorable. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and spacious enough for three people. The food was delicious, though slightly on the expensive side—but that’s expected in Shimla. The hotel also has a parking facility, which was a huge plus for us. We hired a cab from Ambala, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing blankets, parking space, and even heating food for our driver. Their hospitality was excellent, making it a perfect choice for all types of travelers. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
