Rude and arrogant staff named Sidhu and Dinesh. I never expected they will be so arrogant and shocked by their attitude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a very bad experience and the manager is another horrible person been very dismissive and rude. Please avoid this hotel and it is not up to the 3-star range. The cutlery they offered were very dirty and had caused gastro. For an emergency reason, we booked this hotel however we became very sick and vacated and returned back home.

Firstly I would like to say without a doubt one of the best hotels I stayed during my time in Bangalore. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception Staff. The staff was extremely friendly and take care of everything especially staff named Yatheesh was very helpful and professional. The hotel location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Ambience, atmosphere superb, stunning property!The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and also there is no noise that will disturb you. Breakfast was substantial and suited all tastes. Our room was spacious with everything that we needed and bathrooms are also very spacious too. Hospitality was amazing from check-in to check-out everything was flawless at every point. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel

The hotel is definitely one of the best I have been to, I had to travel to blr alone for official work for the first time and this property was recommend by one of my friend as the property was near to my work place and bus stand, the property was neat and clean the bathroom was up to mark. They know how to maintain hygiene. The staff were very kind and helpful felt very safe. I wanted some medicine late at night they helped me out with that also..

Had a great stay, the property is well maintained and clean with comfy bed and nice location with easy access. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast( Indian ) was delicious , would recommend for a family stay..
