Hi, in this hotel you can't expect any service, if you get this hotel at 1.5k for 4 people then it's worth it else don't book it also counter staff are not cooperative. This is would be worst hotel in saputara for what I paid for my family. I wasted money and time. Also they don't provide food and breakfast is not buffet. I paid 8.5k for 2 nights stay which is double the money of this hotel worth. Don't go by name of the hotel and don't expect any service. Hot water only for 2 hours. They have hardly any staff to service the hotel. I booked via MMT and have complained them also in this regards.

It's a pretty ordinary hotel but to be fair to them the cleanliness was good. Service though remains an issue. The room was handed over without proper bed sheet change and toiletries replinshment. Had to ask for it. There is no restaurant inside the hotel and even breakfast menu is limited and no buffet system. No provision of lunch and dinner and even for breakfast you can only eat it inside your room , no clearly defined area for b'fast

It was quite good staying experience. It was just like home. Sleep was goos. Location was silent and peaceful. Rose garden was very near from here. Room was small but fully furnished and with all basic amenities. Staff was cooperative.

The hotel is in close vicinity of the city centre. All the places are nearby. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Just a glitch is that it doesnt have a restaurant. Rest its value for every money spend.
