Last day we were agreed to shift to pagaar pani home stay as discussed with Anand Maheshwari.. But he never told me that will have to check out at 12. When we came back from sightseeing my wife found our luggage was in reception... I already informed Anand that we are going to pagaar pani at 4 pm... Ladies under garments were there in the bathroom that also his staff packed in the bag. How shameful. Some under garments were missing. Ridiculous.... Hopeless service. Anand is very rude and arrogant.. Very unprofessional... Never recommend kachnar infuture.

This is good type of hotel in panchmani after long travel via bus or train you will take good time to spend in this hotel.This hotel provide you good accommodation and usually healthy food with right nominal rate .

We stayed there for 2 days with family and friends. It was a pleasant outing with tasty food. The hotel had a collection of vehicles and they made it sure they we reach out to the picturesque locations of Pachmari. I would recommend this hotel for any one visiting Pachmari.

Staff is very good. Other amenities are average, including basic amenities like hot water...etc. It is advised to check the booking and confirm twice before leaving... Breakfast is good... need further improvement. My date of visit is from 26th to 28.01.2019

2 of us visited this place. My advice is to stay at this hotel the food is authentic cuisine the taste of Pachmarhi. Also they have all the facilities they guide you very well. The staff their driver all were really great. The owners are really good they personal come to you and ask if any help needed. Took care of everything.
