I am a branch manager of HDFC. We all went for lunch with our staff and there was such a problem that even the AC was not working and despite telling the staff, the staff did not pay attention and even the fly in the table was killed. Very dirty and poor service by hotel intercity Bilaspur

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff are warm and friendly. Located close to Bilaspur rail station, the hotel offers excellent service. Whenever we called house keeping staff, they promptly responded and offered what we needed. The hotel has a large banquet hall and it's a perfect place for party and wedding ceremonies. The front desk staff were cordial and affable. I'd love to stay here during my future trip to Billaspur.

Very good hotel with excellent services especially Ms.Annika she deals in front desk very fluently and smooth and the way she tackles and room service associate Mr.jai prakash he is a quick server at the service and I will recommend to my friends and family as well. The stay is very comfortable and it's going great . Would like to thank all the team member who made us comfortable at end and especially thanks to the door men who always open the door and greets us everytime when we pass so thank you and be always smiling as you guys do . Very good place for party bookings.. It had a very big spacious banquet hall. Interiors are good and according to name the hotel is it up to mark. Staff are well behaving and cooperative. Booking for any party or event this place is really a very good choice in bilaspur. Quiet environment...

What I liked most about this Hotel was its close proximity from the Railway Station and its not far from rest of the main areas of the city as well. Being on the main road leading to city center, getting a conveyance was not difficult at all. Stay was quite comfortable. Loved their cafeteria and enjoyed the breakfast every morning during my stay. Hotel was also kind enough to arrange drop-off in Hotel Car at the nearby places. Overall it was a great stay.
