I stayed there in March-2021 with my family , Drinking water and bathroom water colour was pale yellow, no private parking space, poor cleaning, no extra bed available, very narrow road to reach there. It was very bad experience to stay there.

I had to stay here as it was arranged kindly by the owner of Ram Yoga House nearby as he could not accommodate in his hotel. The check in was smooth, the room was good. But I think some construction was going on so, I heard lot of noise. But as I was back rom long trekking, I was too tired to be bothered by any noise and slept like a log! The lunch I ordered was not very good. Rotis were half burnt, but then again, I was too tired to complaint. Its in nice location and I think it has potential to be come good property in future when they finish the construction, recruit more staff, good cook etc.

good property in mcleodganj.rates are very reasonable. very good services.helpful staff.ample parking space.recommended from my end.food quality is amazing....... rooms are comfortable with nice washrooms

Worst hotel I ever visited in my life till date. I booked this hotel for 3 days from make my trip and chose the superior room (most superior as per rooms category @4000 per night) as I was visiting with my family and family of my friend as well. The rooms and hotel view shown on mmt was totally different from what I had, room were very small. First Day Ordered chilly chicken and it was like a night mare to us... Service was pathetic, need to order 4 times do single order Second day ( more worst) Service was getting more pathetic lol Order manchurian which was very salty like poison and when called the reception to have that changed, the lady at the reception said “what I can do sir” LOL I told her if she can not do anything let me call neighbourhoods hotel may be they can help, then only she realised that she need to have that changed. In night we got the opportunity(lucky us) to meet the hotel owner and I told him about the same and he assured me that he will look into this feedback 3rd day ( getting more and more worst) Bathroom do not have water, forget about cold or hot LOL. After 2 hour water did come in taps but is was black water, look like I was in kalapanni lol ... also attached pic of the water bucket for readers There were 2 families who were fighting at the reception who were fighting with owner and receptionist to have their money refunded as they do not want to stay in this hotel and after lot of arguments owner finally agreed to refund the money. Seeing this we also thought of checking out but just to that time owner himself reach out to us and told us everything will be fine in next 2 hours and as an apology he offered us complimentary breakfast which we refused and told him that we will pay for breakfast but I should be good not as we already had in last 2 days And nightmare started again worst breakfast we had. Check out day Same old story no water and when it come it was black like coke We decided not have bath as we might caught some infection. So all my friends request you to please don’t book this hotel rest up to you

very poor service,bad quality of food,no proper communication by hotel management,hotel located at very remote place,when we check inn hotel they even don't know our meal plan ,actually i am traveling with 30 pax.
