I had paid more than 2k for this hotel in online booking and when I reached there I felt very cheated. The facility is poorly maintained and services are pretty poor. The intercom wasn't working and I was communicating with the reception via the number on internet by my personal mobile. The facility is inferior to a sub standard hotel in a tier 3 city. The Manager told me to go ahead and review this as he could do nothing to improve the services. I ordered mineral water but was told to pay up front. The bedsheets were stained with water like substance and locks were loose. I felt very unsafe with my family there. I checked out in the morning as early as possible to get away from the small rooms as I was claustrophobic.

Room: The deluxe rooms are way tooo small. No place to keep 2 huge suitcases, especially if you're staying in Karol Bagh for shopping. The good side is that when i complained about the size to the manager, on the same day, he upgraded me to a more spacious room. But, he made me understand that i was upgraded only because i stayed for 2 weeks. Staff: The kitchen staff is very nice. But those in the hotel, esp. the bell boys, are too greedy. Always waiting for tips. They unnecessarily want to lift your bag (which is not heavy) to get tips. & mind you, if you give only 20-30 INR, they make faces coz they want more!! Access: Metro is very near. Walking distance 5 -7 mins. I found it a bit far from karol bagh market. You will need a 'ricksha' & ask him to drop you near the south-indian food corner before the big 'gol chakkar' (round-about). Food: No need to book 'with breakfast'. Many places around to eat. The hotel's non-veg thali & butter chicken is very good.

The location of hotel is very good very near from Karol Bagh Metro Station .Room were neat and clean With hygienic situation .I am very much happy with the speed of Wi-Fi And service of all staff Was excellent I recomend This hotel to everyone And Next time if I came to Delhi Sure I visit this hotel

Rooms were very untidy and unpleasant smell while entering. Cigarette wastes were present in the bathroom and not cleaned. There used to be a false fire alarm ringing randomly at midnights around 2AM, 3AM and create a panicking situation and there was nobody answerable for this. The front office would lock the door and sleep and not responsive. No ventilation in the room and bathroom, poor blankets and low quality bed provided. Only benefit is its located close to metro station
