I had booked a Deluxe room at your hotel on 8 th Dec to 11 Dec 2022, however the extremely poor quality of food served at your hotel made us check out early. The rooms are really good but there is a serious mismanagement of food . The complimentary breakfast you provide at Ocean Spice is Stale and cold poha and burnt Upma ( dark brown) and Oily puri ( stale and deep fried) and stale fruits. They do not have basic stuff like Bread and butter/jam . We stayed for 3 days but got the same Breakfast each day and everyday they had this reason that “bread butter aya nahi hai Aj kal mil jayega “ . 4-5 guests complained the same thing but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. It is your duty to arrange such basic stuffs instead of lame excuses. The attitude and service of Ocean Spice restaurant is pathetic as they are busy chit chatting with other Co- staff and completely forgetting the order of a guest. They keep u waiting for 15 min for a Chai and serve u warm Tea( not even piping hot) . Very bad in terms of food. The only good thing is the room . And yes neither did the Tv worked nor did you provide Water kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/ sugar . The management team must seriously pay attention to Food management and their staff attitude. Being a part of service industry it’s easy to fool your guests but you are ruining the Hotel reputation on a large front as guests come from another different cities and I would definitely not recommend such Hotel to anybody which is clearly not interested in providing service to guest. Waiting for your response.

It was just fabulous! The hotels are best in cleanliness! The president rooms are palatial! The people are very courteous! Food quality is mouth watering and delicious! Value for money in all sense! The GM and sharukh front receptionist wete very nice and accomodating! Looking forward to our next visit soon! Thanks

I had apprehensions about having a good place to stay in such remote town. However, I was told that this possibly could be the best in the town. Once I stayed there for about 5 days, I was comfortable with the choice. It ican be considered a good place to stay in any town. The rooms are spacious with necessary and adequate furniture. The ambiance is fine. The main restaurant plus the additional facilities are top class. the services both in the case of restaurants and house keeping are top class. The conference hall available was excellent and the wifi works nicely everywhere. The large front area offers enough space for morning walks. The only put off was the leaky roof. It was strange to see such a good structure having a leaky roof. There were buckets placed all over to collect the rain water. But still the water on the floors made even slow walk a dangerous exercise. Communication was non issue as the staff there could understand and communicate in passable English. If at ll I need to stay in Nandurbar once again, I certainly shall choose this place.
