The hotel experience turned sour when staff arbitrarily slapped on an extra charge for a visiting friend, with no mention of such a fee in the policy. This blatant money-grabbing tactic not only left a bitter taste but also exposed the hotel's lack of transparency and customer-centric approach. Beware of hidden charges, as this incident reflects poorly on the hotel's integrity and overall service quality. He was simply like do whatever you can do you'll have to pay even if it's 10 mins

I wouldn't recommend this "hostel". It was disgusting, the people there weren't nice, they couldn't find our reservatión through booking.com, It taked them till 17:00 to give us a room , without shower and the water It has lasted just 15 minutes. We had to left the hostel and look for something else. By the way although It is close to bus station It is not a good área to stay. It is worthy staying in the city center even if It is just to leave the luggage. Is It not a safe place.

I read all the reviwes and i am not agree with any one of them this hotel is perfect for family or couples their service was excellent staff is too frank cleanliness was perfect food i order was so tasty every thing was excellent go for it......

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL! We booked a "deluxe room" and have just checked out today. The manager told us over the phone that it would cost us Rs 1,200 including all taxes. As mentioned below, they ended up charging 10% over this rate as tax without giving a bill. Also, they try to get you to pay a Rs 2,000 security deposit in advance. Make sure you don't pay this. When we reached the hotel, the room given to us was extremely dirty. The toilet was stinking and hadn't been cleaned for days. We asked for a different room. The room was very dusty and we had to get all the sheets changed. The toilet wasn't any better. We've stayed at many budget accomodations but this one was the most disappointing one ever. I've attached a pic of the towel that they give. As you can see, its suited for a rag. The food menu is a joke. They have fine dining prices with a most items going for around Rs 200. We coughed up Rs 100 for a veg cutlet and it was the worst one we've ever had. There are much better dining places just outside in the market, so make sure you don't get fleeced. The hotel is extremely noisy. We were woken up at 4:00 AM because of the noise. We asked them for a safe parking only to see that the hood of our car had been scratched badly even though it was parked right outside the gate of the reception, in clear view of the receptionist. While checking out, the manager Prakash said that he'll add 10% tax even though the price was clearly mentioned as Rs 1,200 including all taxes over the phone. We ended up having an argument and ended up paying 5% as a compromise. He also refused to give us a bill and said that we'll have to pay the whole amount if we needed a bill.

Rooms are below average. No co operation from hotel staff. Disturbance during early morning by hotel staff for collecting hot water. Not good experience. Can't suggest to anybody. Rates are very high with respect to rooms & service.
