The reception team are very friendly and kind to us. food was very good at R&G restaurant and the room cleaning was done properly....... This is my first visit to Greenpark and words are insufficient to describe how pleasant this place is.During this pandamic they are providing excellent service. All staff is well trained with cheerful attitude & to smile always. Especially the reception person Gautham was very warm, took good care and inquired daily of my well being and you will always find an enthusiastic staff member every step, who are more than happy to help you. I got room of mall view ,My stay was comfortable with satisfaction in all aspects. Regarding quarantine facility its appreciable, Rooms are sanitized once after other guest check out, Social distancing well maintained during check in & check out, Good quality veg food was available as part of package, Any additional food can be available from in house dining. Once again thanks my friends, You guys surprised me with this Pleasant gesture.

Old Hotel , Worst manager and no vacation ambience

Only plus point of this Hotel is Location. Yeah city space is easily reachable. But there are other hotels with same advantage. You get very old room , no ambient of a vacation here, staff are not well mannered and manager doesnt treat the customers well. I am surprised by the * rating they have and I believe its just becoz all people care is to reach the city fast enough and do not consider the hotel room itself a part of vacation. I got cheated 500 rs in the end. So read their policies fully before booking and dont handover cash without receipt. Adding to that , the price they charge for food matches 3* hotel bills. They offer wifi , but it does not reach all rooms and restaurant.
