Rooms smell of cigarettes. they don't even have kettles, so had to ask the hotel to boil mineral water. they brought it to us in a flask and charge 47rupees for it. as i poured it into a glass, i noticed it had a lot of small particles of dirt or something more dangerous form inside the flask! I think it would have made me very ill and i can probably get the hotel shut down if i was to show it to local inspectors! It was absolutely disgusting, and who knows what the water was infested with! They fooled us into thinking for 2 days the internet was working, but something was wrong with our phones. When i shouted at them they realised the internet actually doesn't work at all!!! At breakfast, the waiter asked me if i want a dosa i said yes, he asked plain or masala. i said plain. 30 mins later i asked hm where it is, he said, they actually don't do dosa! and he didn't even come back to tell me its only because i asked him. Breakfast is very poor, no choice, its as struggle to even find a waiter to help, they all disappear and do no work. the cleaners don't actually clean your room until you physically one and drag them to your room. And no one tells you this on check in. there are different rates for the hotel, they charge you based on what you look like i think! they have a 'luxury tax' of 18% which should not be paid as there is no way its a luxury hotel! There are mosquitoes everywhere I've been bitten to many times, this usually doesn't happen if the air con is quite powerful. the hotel lobbies are very dirty, infested with mosquitoes, just walking out of your room you are destined to be bitten at least 5 times.

Worst ever hotel stay. We made a booking from 3rd to 6th July 2018. On 5th July we came back to our room No. 304 after having breakfast. But to our surprise room never opened and there were many other rooms facing the same problem and a guest who was waiting in hotel lobby over night, for his room never opened. Hotel management was helpless, coz they didn't get proper support from there upper management and there boss Mr. Divyansh Patni was ir-responsive to the whole situation and blasting the manager instead. Such a sick hotel. I will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel Granville, in Borivalli, Mumbai.

This oyo affiliated hotel is located near to kora kendra flyover in Borivali-west suburb of mumbai. When it opened it was quite good and sought after but as time progressed many visitors did faced hard time staying here due to various factors such as always on traffic noise since its located on major road itself, deteriorating service standards etc. Size of room is good but many times room keeping is problem with no view out of few at all. Restaurants serves vegetarian food only and only saving grace of the hotel. Prices are fluctuating a lot with this hotel and if you book through oyorooms you might get a deal.

Nothing about this hotel is good. Their food is especially one of the worst I’ve tasted. Stayed there due to an emergency situation. Could’ve been totally avoided. They need to improve on all aspects. Too expensive for the amenities provided.

Ambiance : They have open sitting as well as AC area. Open sitting is a bit noisy. Food: One gets lip smacking vegetarian food with Indian, Chinese, Italian cuisine. The same goes for Jain food. Service: Pretty quick. Also, as the property is spread over a large space. We were group of 25 people for Bhai duj celebration and we all were done with waiting and dinner within in 2 hrs. Value for Money: Definitely.
