Excellent Hotel and a very courteous staff. A special mention of Ms Mehvish who was a server in F&B. She had always a beautiful smile and a very positive energy while serving guests. The hotel is lucky to have such a person like Mehvish in the staff. It was a wonderful stay for 4 days. Cheers!

Great time staying there during our trip to Kashmir, the rooms are big enough and provided with all necessary amenities. Best part is the warm hospitality shown by each of the hotel staffs and others concerned! Special thanks to Tariq shab for being so humble and co-operative.

We had a fantastic experience at The hotel Grand Ms when we visited Srinagar. The interior is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. The staff, was extremely helpful in everything. Hotel management is great ,customer oriented and very polite.The buffet served had delicious food and everyday there were a variety of cuisines to choose from. I recommend you to stay here when you visit Srinagar next time.
