We were in Goyal Hotel during our tour to Royal Rajasthan in Diwali Vacation. This place is situated at the heart of the City, Near Central ST Bus Stand and Metro Stand. Rooms are big and with all necessary amenities. Rooms are clean and tidy.Service are also good. Manager and owner Mr. Ashu Goyal is very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with Rajasthani Tradition.

The hotel is good for overnight stay for men. As there is a bar attached and they provide in - room service, we saw few used bottles and leftover food available out some rooms which was not a pleasant sight with women in our group. They provide 6 am checkin which is a plus. The area where the hotel is located is not too great but is very cloase to Railway station. some rooms do not have provision for natural light at all and we need to keep the lights on even during daytime.

There are many negative points and not even a single positive. First the person at reception is very rude. You can't expect anything from him. He didn't reply to our queries and a few words he spoke were very rude. Second we booked executive room, which was very different from what is shown in pictures and was poor. Third, there is no 24 hour hot water available. Not even in winters. We asked staff about the same as we had to leave early in the morning and he said someone would provide you 1-2 buckets of hot water. Fourth, the room is very noisy. We could not sleep whole night because of sounds of bus horns coming from nearby bus stand. It was a poor choice..

It's a good hotel closed to Sindhi Camp bus stand. While our stay in the early morning there were construction going just next to our room. Once I've requested to reception PANDIT ji asked me '"can't stop construction you can check out the hotel." Later on I tried calling there owner no. But he din't responsd. However after contact their sales guy he been helpful towards. I suggest their owners to be more reliable towards consumers services & think dt ppl staying in hotel for piece not to get disturb with the noise of glander machine noise.

This is a dirty hotel just beside a bus Stand. Rooms & washrooms were filthy. I booked a place in Udaipur through Oyo rooms and were extremely happy with the place and hence we booked this place through Oyo. I am really surprised that Oyo decided to tie up with this place. The rooms were stinking, washrooms were unclean. Please check the pics for better understanding.I called Oyo at around 9 pm that this place is very sad. They were supposed to get back in 3 hours which is still pending. So guys beware. It was late so my husband ordered manchow soup.they added milk into it and it curdled. You can understand what kind of food they serve. They chared 25000 for 1 room and 2000 for another. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and the boy chnaged it after our request.Early morning you will awake with sounds of horn. The rooms are only worth 500 bucks
