Stay was pleasant good namaste culture room are very comfortable front desk Ali help for check in to check out he is very kind man room with pool view lotus restaurant has variety of food it was very tasty swimming pool and gym also good over all good stay

AS per rate hotel is very very bad condition. dirty bedsheet, stinky room. no flash working in toilet. staff behavior is very rude. after booking you will definitely feel that we will never book online. its equal to cheapest dharmshala. for my suggestion go for another hotel

Candeed feedback . Tirupati and Tirumala trip. 29-04-23 to 01/05/23. 1. THIRD CLASS hotel. 2. Rooms washroom does have flush working. 3. Ac is not working 4. Geyser not working 5. 🪳 Were plenty in room 6. Mr Subhash morning staff member . He is excellent and supportive. But night staff does not know Hindi and English. Big prob. 7. Very close to bus stand. 8. 501 room to 409 to 306 . All room are useless. Ac not working. 9. Over all very poor and third class hotel.

Worst room and its room service

I checked in with my family. Since I booked online including breakfast the tariff was 1428 per room but when we presented online booking print out they asked payment receipt even it was clearly mentioned in the print out . Then I was asked no of room booked since it was also mentioned but i think they have not checked at their end what they have booked online. When we entered in the room no shower no room service inter comm telephone no wifi no room cleaned no proper wiring . We stayed 2 days but bedsheets chenged no room cleaned . Very bad service . Next day we asked for included breakfast they shoked whether you have paid for the same I showed him in print out then some how they provided us idly and vada with sambhar but plate was still in rooms no one has came for dirty plate dust bean was filled up but not cleaned. When we ready for the check out one gate keeper and staff of the hotel approached us for tip.... Don't check in.
