Hotel was very budget friendly. Staff was very good. Food was very good,we have stayed for two days there is no disturbance from the staff. We feeled secured everything was very nice.its almost near to the beach. If I come to chennai again I'll stay in this hotel only. Thank you

This is the worst hotel in Chennai. There is absolutely nothing good about this place. It used to be a good hotel but not any longer. The front desk people are extremely rude and know nothing about customer service. We were charged for buffet breakfast but later came to that their restaurant has been shut down. They promised to get Breakfast from outside but nothing happened. We went out and ate breakfast. Rooms are very badly maintained. Toilets and bathrooms are so horrible. The taps are totally rusty. Feel scared to even touch the old taps. Bathrooms are not provided with basic amenities like toothpaste, shampoo sachets,etc. The rooms have no provision for preparing tea or coffee. The entire room has just one plug point - that too, very old and crumbling. None of the doors have locks and latches working. Luckily we had to stay in this hotel for just a few hours otherwise we would have shifted to a better place. The guys at the reception don't speak English or Tamil. They are from Bihar and speak mostly Bhojpuri type Hindi - they don't even know normal Hindi. There is zero facility for drivers in terms of toilets and bathrooms. A driver is asked to pay Rs 2,000 (yes, two thousand) if he wants to take bath in the hotel. Overall, it was a miserable experience at this hotel. A few years ago, it was a very good hotel in centrally located Nungambakkam but now definitely the dirtiest and worst hotel in Chennai. Don't stay even if you are offered free accommodation. Tripadvisor doesn'tallow negative or zero ratings so I am forced to give 1 rating.

The room was big and bath room was big too but very run down. More catered to the locals. The hot water is either very hot or none at all. So there is a bucket to collect the water. The bed and room is just very rustic. In good condition but old. The breakfast was simple but nice. Local indian food.

Centrally located budget hotel. No flashy look or reception. Good breakfast. Good enough for small stay. Worth money spent. Close to business areas of Chennai. Good for business tour when you spend whole day out. Not for people who want to enjoy hotel facilities.

Rooms are average. Needs some renovation. Stay was comfortable. Staff are very nice. Very hospitable and supportive. Food is descent. Overall an okay place to stay in Chennai. If the hotel does upgrade, it will be really good.
