On the good side, the staff, the room and the house keeping was good. Staff were willing to help. Room size was average. On the bad side, the bathroom was full of mosquitoes, cockroaches. Then toilet was leaking water. The flush button got stuck. Overall satisfied.

Situated in sector 45B , on main road but the area is over crowded the hotel has only nine room . A budgeted one . The rooms are packed but has air condition. Toiletries are of poor & dirty one. Better to use your own . Rs. 1000/ - with breakfast . But not for single couple. God group that too to overnight stay is ok.

What brought us here was the "no problems with unmarried couples" policy. And with insane pricing online for AC rooms. We found us a decent deal. While I would have happily rated it 4 or even 5 for it's cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort and good air conditioning. I did wish that the geyser would have been functional too. Seems they can run either the geyser or AC. While the argument that it is summer so one does not need AC may make sense to some. But waking up from a nights sleep in AC and being a bit under the weather. I thought the geyser was still very important. Secondly, the area is surrounded by scrap stores and rundown buildings. The room had no ventilation. Same goes for the toilets. That tends to spread the smell all over the room owing to the AC and lack of window. Lastly, given the cheap pricing online it does draw some heavily drunk or alcohol loving groups and trashy crowd from punjab to this place. Good value for all men groups or short stay seeking people.
