Great staff, service and installations. Would definitely recommend to the lovely city of jaipur. Nice rooms great view and food. The night show is very interesting to watch and very good breakfast also.

The building is OK with spacious room, balcony overlooking a clean courtyard and lots of hot water but the reception staff and breakfast servers are sourpusses. Never a friendly hello. In fact, they turned away whenever I stepped into the lobby from the street or the elevator.

Do not believe what you read on there website I was there for 4 nights and in that time my room was never cleaned the mini bar was never stocked some are friendly some just plain ignorant on a positive note the beds are comfy

Arrived here after my Agra trip visiting the Taj Mahal, next was to visit the Hawa Mahal located in Jaipur this was the hotel provided by the tour agency that i booked my trip from the New Delhi Airport organised by Mr. Lucky, he suggested round trip for Agra, Jaipur and back to Delhi for 3 days and 2 nights stay in a hotel and personal car for my travelling for a good price

Its OK based on the price of the hotel. We got there late at night and unfortunately there werent many hotels which had rooms so had to make do. We had a total of 2 rooms. One of them had oil stains on the sheets. In the other the TV was not working. In the morning there was a lack of hot water from the shower until the hotel management was informed. To their credit, they did turn on the boiler for hot water after that but unfortunately the whole experience was not great. The decor of the hotel definitely needs updating as well.
