in a word, very bad. we arrived early as we were late and had no room at all. they probably boarded our rooms. we stayed on the street. we arrived at the reception, the receptionist slept on the sofa, farted and farted in front of us and then finally put away the duvet and pretended that we didn't have any reservation, he didn't try to help us at all, he pretended not to see us. he looked at the reservation papers and claimed that he didn't get anything and that I didn't send him the money, that he doesn't know who I sent the money to. in the end I was looking for another hotel at 6:00 in the morning

Racial discrimination. Booked online and on arrival at the hotel they simply said NO AFRICANS. They didn't even consider it was midnight. They are inhuman. This is a no go area if you care about humanity. If they can do it to a fellow human being what more do they have instore for you when you are at the place. They don't care about people. They should state it to say NO People of this color when we are booking so we don't waste time.

This hotel is in karol bagh and this is the nearest place if you are travelling by train and reaching in S.Rohilla Station. I stayed with my friend and though it is not my type of hotel i found this is one of the good ones in karol bagh because other hotels in karol bagh are worse than this.
