One of the the most comfortable hotel ever good relevant food according to taste the hotel room was really nice neat and clean and the cleaning surface was also took good care of the room they also provided with tea and coffee inside the hotel room and the coolest part is it has a digital TV not like the old ones. The washroom is also very nice and neat they also provide with Shampoo, Shower gel, and moisturiser. For free in the hotel room Service. So kind people of the hotel here liked the experience. Totally recommend to stay here at this Ganga Maiya hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night on our journey across North India. It was nice and clean, wonderful clean bathroom, and the staff were very friendly. Vishnu on the front desk was so kind and let us check in early as we had arrived at 5:15am from our sleeper train and it was so great to put our bags down and shower. The location is also good - a short rickshaw from all the attractions.

Clean hotel, very friendly / helpful staff. Reasonable price for what you get. Only complaint would be that our room didn’t have a window. Additionally, not great to meet other people although few hostels / hotels we’ve visited have been good for this (travelling in march / April - off-season).

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station.It has been fully renovated. Our room (backyard side) was large, comfortable and silent.The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Lucknow. We are senior French tourists.

The help and service offered by the staff at this hotel defined the concept of hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. The food provided was very tasty and at very reasonable cost. The room was comfortable and although facing a busy road there was no noise disturbance. I stayed just one day and would certainly stay again if visiting Lucknow. Highly recommend
