I had booked a stay at Flowers Inn Hotel in Kota for my daughter’s admission to an entrance coaching institute. Being from Kerala, I wasn’t very familiar with Kota, Rajasthan. While searching for accommodations near the admission office, Google Maps showed this hotel as highly rated, so I decided to book through their website, managed by StayFlexi. Unfortunately, the problems began as soon as we arrived. We flew into Jaipur and took a train to Kota, arriving early at 6 AM. After taking a cab to the hotel, the receptionist informed us that check-out was at 9 AM—just a few hours after check-in—due to their policy of check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM the following day. I had made the booking starting from 12 PM the previous day but wasn’t aware of this unusual policy. Additionally, during booking, I forgot to add my daughter as a guest because I assumed the largest room would accommodate at least two people. However, the staff demanded an extra ₹500 for her stay for just three hours. Their attitude was dismissive, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. It felt like they were running a well-organized booking scam. I even noticed other guests waiting helplessly in the lobby due to similar issues. I strongly advise against falling into such traps. Great stay experience. I am from nagpur and came to kota for a meet with coachings. I was very happy with my experience there at Flowers inn. Nice place, good staff and well mannered. It is a clean and hygienic place. The food served is also very good.

As the fragrant name implies , it’s ambient & awesome place with unique hospitality and culture . Best in class pub & discotheque . Highly cost affective with purely a family aura and atmosphere . Cleanliness is the basic motive which is conspicuous and evident at every nook and corners of hotel premises & rooms .

Hotel is located in main coaching hub, all leading students are near by, hotel is very good, clean rooms, staff is very friendly, always ready for your service, one and only restaurant on polo theme is there, occupied with all polo game equipment, feelgood if you are a sports person
