I have always stayed at Divine Inn whenever I visited Delhi, that's been 10 years or more. After a gap of about 2 years I stayed there last week & was appalled at the state of the hotel. The room were very unkempt, Bathroom was leaking, no toiletries, the dining room didn't even have tissues. There was no choice of food. You had to eat what was served. No fruits nor fruit juice. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker, So i had nothing else to choose from. This used to be like my second home whenever I stayed before. I don't think I'll stay there again unless there is a drastic change for the better. This change is due to the change in Management, what I believe.

I got the corner room on second floor with two balconies. The room had all amenities and the staff was very very helpful. rare to come across such staff. It is not a jazzy hotel but fully functional for comfort. Highly recommended.

The hotel needs a facelift that’s all – otherwise it has everything for a super budget hotel of USD 40 a night. Location, Rooms, Staff, in room facility all were okay. The rooms were good enough, well lit with sufficient cupboards and drawers. It even had a safe as well. They also provided tea bags, water and kettle. The bathroom was pretty large and clean, one even had a bathtub as well. The hot water was running all the day long. The Wi-Fi was free and strong in all rooms (we stayed in 3 rooms). All it need is to buy in new linens, towels, utensils and bathroom fittings. Then it would be a superb hotel. Despite the shortfalls, the hotel staff were very sincere that the guests are well looked after. Specially the manager Mr. Deepak was a remarkably helpful along with other staffs. Given the amenities provided the hotel is a great value for money. The breakfast provided was fine, the location of the hotel was also good, we could easily go out and bring in food from outside and the Hotel provided plate and utensils free of cost. The hotel provides in house food which is only vegetarian – however the taste is good. We enjoyed staying in this hotel and wish them all the best.

Hotel Divine Inn is a budget friendly hotel and i had booked through OYO and got a very good tariff and also got a very good room. This is at a very central and market area in New Friends Colony and just opposite Gurudwara. I had only had Breakfast and not lunch or dinner. The BF is very basic - both indian and basic continental - but no complaints as it still pretty decent. Overall it is good budget friendly place to stay with Family
