Written this at 4 am . Felling sorry for my family for booking this hotel.Never ever had such a bad experience as I have had here . From Management to rooms everything is disgusting. I recommend not to book this hotel Even when you are on road . There is a difference of earth and the sky between the actuality and the pictures they have uploaded on internet. Simply waste of money.

Excellent rooms availability of amenities really comnendable. The staff including the GM are polite and always greeted with a big smile on their faces. Helpful persons. Chef knows what you want and the food is just good.

no idea why this place is recommended in guidebooks. manager is unfriendly and unhelpful. the place is dark, dirty and depressing. besides, it was the most expensive place we have been at in two months.

отель из разряда прилично-не дорого. В городе Джаму были проездом из Кашмира в Дарамсалу, остановились на одну ночевку. Ночь запомнилась проезжающей мимо гостиницы адской железной колесницы, проснулись от дикого нарастающего грохота неведомой повозки) К персоналу и самому отелю замечаний нет. Надо иметь ввиду что в отелях подобного класса нет пододеяльников, только голый плед, а наволочка и простыня скорее всего не поменяны после крайних постояльцев.
