TO START WITH POSITIVE, THE FOOD WAS 👍 👌. THE PERSON SEEING THE FOOD AT RESTAURANT WAS VERY RESPONSIBLE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS COOPERATIVE. THE RECEPTION WAS TAKEN CARE OF WELL. BUT THE ROOM PROVIDED NEEDED TO LOOKED AFTER MORE W.R.T CLEANLINESS. THE WASHROOM WAS NOT SO UP TO THE MARK.

Its an average hotel. Poor wifi network.We stayed here as 3 families, in one room hot water tap was not working.Very less staff in restaurant , hence poor service.We have to wait for long for a restaurant staff to attend and take our order and also have to wait long for the food as well.

In two weeks in India this room (not all hotel) was the best. Our room was at second floor. It is big enough, clean and with nice furniture. We spend more time in this room then any other on our trip and was happy that we have good TV with lot of cable channels. Restaurant is very basic decorated and food is standard quality. I would praise the soups. They have good WiFi in lobby, but no connection in the room at second floor.

This hotel has no redeeming qualities. Usually I do positives/negatives and try to be fair, but people need to be warned of this place. To begin with, at 5am, a man opened my locked door, and pushed the chair out of the way that I had pushed up against the door for security. I woke up and he was standing at the foot of my bed. Probably hoping for a wallet on the dresser? Who knows. He sprinted out of my room before I could catch him. Lucky him. I paid for a deluxe room; and upon arrival, realized that the deluxe rooms do not receive an internet signal. I was moved to a main floor room that was so filthy words cannot describe it. The bathroom sink has to be held with 2 hands, as it isn't affixed correctly. Then I turned on the tap and realized no drain pipes were hooked up so all the water poured into my shoes. Once water enters the drain, hundreds of small insects began climbing out, and moving up the filthy walls like rats escaping a sinking ship! The black mold, on the floors, around the toilet, and draining down the wall of the air vent made is dangerous to breathe. The towels were filthy. There were dead bugs squashed onto every wall, and the overhead fan was covered in black grime and dust. The floors have clearly never been washed. The internet is up and down every few minutes, and is brutally slow. I tried pointing this out to the lazy manager who seems to be completely incompetent in his role. He said one bar wifi should be fast enough but in fact it wouldn't even load a web page. Thankfully the two front desk clerks were smarter than their manager and at least tried to fix it (but could not). Constant power outages as well. I have stayed in cheap hotels in India, Egypt, Peru, Indonesia, and a dozen other countries. This was the worst! Their manager needs to get off the couch and examine the rooms, put some gloves on, and get to work! Photos don't do this hotel justice; its much worse than the photos look!

We got deals from Go Ibibo so it became cheaper. All rooms are smoking rooms although it's written no smoking. So, if you are smoker like me you don't have to worry. Three star rated hotel. But there is a problem if your room is far ended then you will get no wifi signal. And you have to come down to reception to access. No repeater was installed during the time of our visit. Room was great. I would say three start arrangement was there. The hotel has restaurant however the down side is it's only veterinarian so, if you want non veg then you have to arrange from outside. You could take a rikshaw from the hotel to Taj Mahal. People will try to bergain. However you could get a rikshaw with Rs.200-300 including return journey from Taj Mahal.
