Acceptable rooms. Included breakfast is provided at their (much nicer) sister hotel 50m up the road. It is buffet but mostly Indian foods. Staff English is virtually non-existent. A very quiet location but too far from catching tuk tuks easily.

This is by far the Worst hotel we stayed in whist in India. Uninterested staff, no Wifi, mouldy shower. Filthy sheets and pillow cases including blood on the sheets. Came back and the front doors locked (there was a side entrance that no one showed us) average breakfast. No good.

We stayed here for 2 days and had the best time here. The staff and all the facilities were top notch and everybody was so cooperative and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very good. Absolutely amazing!

Rooms were OK. (only good part) No one was there to take care of anything. No security. No service of any kind. Quilt cover was torn, Bath towel had holes. Staff left our room open with our luggage there only. Thankfully no one was there at that time to pick anything from our room. And we came back in afternoon.

I always stayed at dev-villa yet on my visit to Udaipur. So, This was my 6th trip count on this property. And I recently get to know that this property is taken over by Shahpura Group So I would like to congratulate the Group for keeping all services so consistent. I Must say This property is one of the best budget-friendly yet comfortable stay options in Udaipur. The view from the property is just wow. The property is very closed to lake Pichola and the old city. Overall experience was so good.
