<1 star hotel with dirty rooms. uncomfortable mattresses, no hot water, broken locks, dimly lit corridors, Rude staff and manager. They don't see much business due to this. Don't expect 24x7 restaurant as advertised as they close it due to not many guests. Better stay in a running OYO or somewhere else than wasting your trip with them.

I am Stay in hotel Date 12 july 2021 with my 3 year dauther and i am book Room king size bad and hotel Reception men provide twin bad and i am called for king size bad and talk very rood and not provide me and hotel adv tell welcome drink provide but not provide that i fake and in future not book that hotel.

From outside it appears to be an ordinary hotel ,but its huge building inside. A mixture of modern and Avadh style. Large galleries insde to find your room tend to make you believe that you visiting an old palace. The lawn in the centre of the hotel with rooms and banquet halls arround it, adds to its style. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast is average.A fly over right in front of the hotel has affected its outer grace. With lot of parking space ,its a good hotel to stay alone/with family.

Located at heart of city. Hardly 2-3 km from hazratganj crossing. Good place with excellent food. Halls are also decorative. One negative point is parking space. Very good place for a function of 150 -200 people.

My friend and I booked through hotels.com and it did not specify anything about friends cannot stay in the same room together. The front desk asked for us to pay for another room in cash even though we already paid online through hotels.com. Please update your description to clearly state friends cannot stay together in the same room. Or check on your staff to stop scamming clients.
