The hotel is located near the Central Station and in a nice restaurant area. The staff makes you welcome and that is always a plus. The room was compact but a plus for bathtub. Had single bed and that was too narrow, will go for double bed next time. Simple but nice interior in the room. More classy in the rest of the hotel. A beautiful back yard is a great place to chill out.

My mother ( a 50 years old woman) was coming from the airport and lost her train ( 8 august 2023) and it was 22:15 when we called the reception to book a room for her. The person who answered said the price for the single room is 80€ ( NOBODY asked for any discound, it was what he said when we asked about the price) and that they have plenty of rooms so she doesn't need a reservation. She finally found the hotel, went there and guess what, THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARDS because "they also did a discount for her", like WHAT? Nobody asked for any discounts, first of all, and secondly, it's freaking 2023 and people cannot pay at hotels by card, because they don't have cash? She had 45€ and said that she'll leave her ID and tomorrow she'll go and find somewhere to withdraw the rest of money, because it's 22:30, a very late hour to walk around alone with luggages, especially that she never been in Milan before. They didn't accept so she had to leave and look for another hotel. Are those 80$( that someone most probably wanted to put them in the pocket, because the check in was so late and check out was the next morning, so they didn't want to give a check) more important than someone's safety? Especially that we called before, to make sure they're expecting her and they never said anything about accepting only cash, and about any discounts. It's so disappointing that things like this still happen today.

Hotel had a good location, but the rooms were very small and dated. It needed a lot of upgrade for the price. It had limited outlets for charging phones, so beware and bring your chargers. The room key needed to be left at the front lobby everyday, and the room itself did not have a privacy signage for the door like most hotels do. It had a safe inside the room. The towels were ok, we didn't have the breakfast included.

A good 3 star near the Milan Train station. Just 7 min walk from Milan FS Centrale, surrounded by kits of restaurants. I would describe the Hotel as a step up from a B&B. Rooms were a good size with a good sized bathroom. Two pillows and standard - basic decor. There was a kettle and free coffee and tea in the room. TV was good as well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, however, the shower was quite small. The door would barely open, and I could squeeze in. For bigger people it maybe a problem. The walls are quite thin. One night there was a couple arguing in the corridor then in the room and you could hear everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was interesting when I checked out I wasn’t asked if I enjoyed the stay. I was there for two night.
