Stayed overnight while visiting the Taj Mahal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the service from Arbaz and Manoj in the dining room was exceptional.

We received wonderful thoughtful service the whole time during our visit. The restaurant Checkers was serving exceptional food. The wait staff are really well trained and anticipate my needs brilliantly. One young man Arbaz especially was very professional and courteous. I commend him to management and wish him well for his future career. The high standard of his service is rare and hard to better. Regards Loris

TV, AC, Fridge, Internet, extremely hot and only hot water in bathroom. Nothing was working till complained. Not sure what they checked between a guest checking out at 12 pm till at 4.30 pm when we were allotted the rooms. Food had a large menu but totally tasteless. Egg dishes were without salt and bacon was extremely salty. Only good thing served during breakfast was Tea. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! They call themselves 5 star, neither the property is a 5 star, nor their service. The whole staff was busy pestering foreigners only. Extremely annoyed.

This hotel is not trustworthy. We had medicine delivered for my daughter while she was staying there. It was delivered to reception, but the reception team claimed it had not arrived. I contacted the hotel on three occasions to find the medicine and provide it to her but my messages were ignored. Do not leave any belongings at the hotel as the staff cannot be trusted.

We have enjoyed a lot,the hospitality and particularly swimming pool.Food was delicious.checkin and checkout was very fast.Room was spacious and clean.Its location to Tajmahal is main attraction.I recommend this hotel for everyone.
